1- Establish a strong and permanent dealership network and attract new customers.
2- Responsibility for the implementation of a new sales system and issuing customer barcode.
3- Open accounts for new customers, and renew existing contracts.
4- Prepare quotations, letters, and contracts.
5- Coordinate customer's quota in case of low water supply.
6- Survey the market for prospective customers.
7- Develop and implement an analytical process to meet customer requirements.
8- Perform periodical visits to customers to ensure the satisfaction of products and services.
9- Maintain strong business with clients to ensure smooth long relationship.
10- Response to customer complaints and ensure satisfactory.
11- Keep informed by any changes in the market demand, new opportunities.
12- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports.
13- Perform other related duties as required by the Sales Manager.
14- Follow up on customer water requirements.
