Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and delivering excellent guest experience.
• Setting the table for the guest and make sure table etiquettes are followed.
• Preparing coffee and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.
• Anticipates guests needs by following service behavior.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Preparation of refreshments for visitors, employees & board meetings.
• Housekeeping of pantry and refreshment preparation areas, i.e., hygiene and maintaining adequate supplies. Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Skills Required:
• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential.
• Working days & hours: Monday to Friday 9.30AM to 6.00PM.
• Filipino nationality preferred
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Strong communication skills
