Key Responsibility:
· To achieve budgeted revenue.
· To generate enquiries and new business prospects in Service Sales of KLR.
· Respond to all Service Sales requirements like Retrofit, Replacement, Casual Service, AMC, Parts, etc.
· Estimation & Costing of KLR Service Sales requirements.
· Direct coordination with manufacture as required.
· Ability to identify the spare parts.
· Planning and ordering of all supplies.
· Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely completion & execution of job with desired quality.
· To handle team of Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labours.
· Execution of job with safety and maintain HSSE requirements.
· Coordination with subcontractor for specialized service.
· Coordination with Sales department for executing assigned activities.
· Coordination with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for service activities.
· Knowledge on electrical / gas operated kitchen equipments.
· Knowledge on electrical / gas / steam operated laundry equipments.
· Knowledge of cold store equipments.
