Reporting Manager : Service Manager / Services Head
Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, this may include hardware and software.
Principal Accountabilities
• Installs, configures, implements, Meeting Rooms that are used daily by the customer.
• Must have Po conferencing - technical support background
• Must be a quick learner and ready to adapt new technologies (AV / Netwo etc.)
• Carry out AMC / Software upgrades at the customer sites
• Onsite support for equipment covered in FVC Maintenance (Preventive & Reactive).
• Ensures customer satisfaction by covering customers and completing preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
• To be able to work (Operate, Configure. Manage & Support Polyc /AV equipment) a customer environment.
• To be Available in Saudi Arabia (Iqama Transferable)
