2 Shadow Teachers on stay-in basis are required for a UAE National Family in Dubai to attend to twin boys (8 years old), whose duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
* Provide childcare, developmental and educational support at home and in classroom setting – i.e. in managing the children’s behavior and modifying the learning environment in order for the children to adapt and thrive.
* Participate in clinical meetings, educational activities and after-school activities being engaged into by the children
* Implement techniques based on applied behavior analysis at home or in classroom setting and facilitate social interaction to help the children establish and maintain successful peer relationship
* Collaborate and communicate with parents on matters relating to the children (i.e. developmental needs, feedback, questions, progress, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education / Education / Psychology or related field
• Female
• Filipino Nationality preferred
• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in teaching and working with children with special needs
• Able to work independently and passionate about teaching and interacting with children
