The role of Showroom Manager will involve direct sales with all clients and therefore a very high standard of English speaking, writing and reading is required. The successful candidate will also organise meetings with interior designers and corporate companies to ensure maximum growth potential, as well as handling client requests as they visit the store. Able to build instant rapport with others to maintain client loyalty in order to gain further business is essential to this role. You will also be a switched on person, able to seek out new opportunities and have a strong sense of business acumen to ensure the brand achieves maximum exposure across the region. A passion for interior design, a keen marketing eye are also essential and someone able to bring new ideas and business development skills is essential to this role. Reporting to the owner directly, you will pick up many of the development and marketing opportunities on their behalf and present solutions and ideas rather than problems.
The ideal candidate for the role of Showroom Manager will have a passion for interior design and will be from a similar industry background. With exceptionally high standards of English language you will be self sufficient, proactive and quietly confident.
