Position Overview: As a Site Supervisor, you will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimise workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Monitor progress and productivity to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any deviations from project plans or specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage to support project doentation and reporting requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Engineering Diploma
A minimum of 2 years of Gulf experience is mandatory as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
