Responsibilities:
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize various digital channels, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive increased website traffic.
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Generate regular reports on digital marketing campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively propose innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and achieve better results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, to create compelling digital assets and optimize user experience.
• Stay current with digital marketing tools, platforms, and software to effectively manage and streamline campaigns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media management, and video content creation.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in managing and optimizing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Real estate industry experience is a must.
