Working within the technical team, specifically on the software design, development & testing of the web-based product
• Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
• Preparation and Execution of the full test cycle of software testing
• Manual, Automation & Performance Testing of web based is a must
• Create tests to identify software problems
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player
• Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based Software Testing
• Ideally having domain experience in finance and ERP systems
• Experience in Manual, Automation & Performance testing.
• Proven experience with developing test documents, automated test scripts and testing web applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Automation Tools (Ruby cucumber, Selenium, Protractor)
• Experience in Performance Tools (JMeter)
• Programming background will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
