- Prospect and contact new clients, contact key decision-making officials in companies and generate leads. Build trust and foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients
- Drive the conversion of all leads from all lead source platforms including LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp, calls and e-mails.
- Processing incoming leads
- Develop, grow and support the existing customer base
- Representing the firm positively and professionally in the community and at industry events
- Arrange meetings, conduct demonstrations of the product, - virtual or face-to-face
- Preparing and sending customized presentations, quotes and proposals.
- Manage contacts and customer documents
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
- Communicate with Development Team for any functionality that is deviated or new requirement from the client for product strengthening and upgradation
- Communicate with Marketing Team to develop promotions, sales materials and channels of communication
- Making recommendations in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Provide necessary communication and reports for tracking progress and status, including accurate bookin forecasts and project status
- At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in softwa
- 2 years working in Dubai required
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Excellent English (Arabic as a plus)
