Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automobile Technician specializing in high-end vehicles to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in the GCC market, with expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding engines using advanced diagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments using advanced tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Conduct engine rebuilds and repairs on luxury and high-performance cars.
Handle electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
Interpret manufacturer guidelines and repair manuals to execute precision repairs.
Work with OEM and aftermarket parts, ensuring quality and compatibility.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maintain vehicle reliability.
Assist and train junior technicians when necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and workshop best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in the GCC automotive industry.
Expertise in working with luxury and high-performance european vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, etc.).
Strong knowledge of engine rebuilding and overhauling.
Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools (Autel, Bosch, Snap-on, etc.).
Familiarity with modern automotive electronic systems.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and software-based diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle repair is a plus but not necessary
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide junior technicians.
