The Back Store In-Charge is essentially responsible for supporting the operations of Furniture and Household Departments, through the implementation and maintenance of Back Store standards.
Key Performance Areas:
Ensure Back Store service levels are in line with company policies.
Maintain operational standards in compliance with store audits.
Communication and coordination with the Team Leader and Sales Associates.
Stock level awareness and adherence to department operational parameters.
Load- unload, stock arrangement and delivering of stocks.
Helpi customers and other store staff.
