Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, introducing our produc and gauging their interest.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present how our offerings can address those needs.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and pricing with clarity and confidence to create a compelling sales pitch.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally, persistently working to turn leads into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments or deliver warm leads for further engagement.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sal service role.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to actively listen and adapt conversations based on customer responses.
- Strong time management skills, able to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Resilience and tenacity in the face of rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
