- Provide personalized guidance and advice to students, recommending suitable study programs based on their aspirations.
- Conduct presentations and effectively communicate with students to address their queries and concerns.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage student interactions, maintain accurate records, and track progress.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence and engage with the target audience.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, fostering partnerships with schools and organization
- Stay updated on education trends, immigration policies, and changes in study programs to provide accurate information to students.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or related industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and experience in dealing with partners and stakeholders.
- valid UAE resident visa.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
