High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ verifiable experience as a taxi driver
-Knowledge of NYC area
-Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to read maps and locate destinations
-Knowledge of NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority
