Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Team Lead will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Sales Agents across potential market. Exploring into new markets, strategy, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building and managing a sales team commensurate of achieving the above targets.
• Providing inputs in designing Marketing Strategy & Campaigns as well as execute the sales operational plan in accordance with it
• Providing weekly reports to senior management about sales
• Creating a sales forecast and ensuring delivery over and constant review
• Build the key metrics (KPI and KRI) in line with the business goals and coaches & develops the sales team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics.
• Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
• Works collaboratively to develop a improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the sales function
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the performance of his respective Sales team
• Motivates and leads a high-performance sales team.
• Attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the sales team not currently in place
• Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
• Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Represents the firm with clients, developers, and business partners.
• Any other task that the management may assign.


Candidate Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management
• 5 years overall sales experience with at least 3 years UAE Real Estate Agency sales experience.
• Managed a team of 3-4 people
• Valid UAE Driving License
• UAE RERA Brokerage ID is an advantage
