Desired Candidate Profile: Must have minimum 3 – 5 years UAE experience and knowledge with Joinery, , Decoration & Interior Fit-Out.
Responsibilities:
•Preparing Technical Submittal
•Answ to all Technical Comments
•Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
•Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
•Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
•Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
•Monitor all quality related joinery activities, related to production and installation.
•Verify the quality of all the works related to sub-contractors working for the Company for works related to the scope of work of the Company or related to the Company.
•Doing a thorough quality check of material upon fabrication and prior to paint finish, and after paint finish and prior to packing
•To ensure that all components of each product are correctly labelled and sent to site for installation
•Preparation and filing of quality checking documentation for each project delivery
