Job Title: B2B Technical Sales Engineer
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Technical Sales Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in complex sales and capital equipment sales in Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling technical sales calls, customer meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales pipelines. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, chemical, or mechatronics engineering is required. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic being an added advantage. The role will involve interacting with a diversified workforce and requires coordination with both internal and external teams. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
•Drive technical sales processes for complex capital equipment, including identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing key accounts.
•Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to explain technical product features and benefits, tailored to customer needs.
•Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and costing sheets, ensuring accurate pricing and detailed technical specifications.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer support and post-sales service.
•Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring opportunities are followed up, tracked, and closed in a timely manner.
•Coordinate with a diversified workforce, including technical, marketing, and product development teams, to deliver customer solutions.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
•Participate in technical exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to represent the company and develop professional networks.

Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
•5-10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, particularly in complex capital equipment sales with minimum 3+ years of middle east work experice.
•Strong experience in handling technical sales calls, preparing and delivering presentations, and managing customer relationships.
•Proficient in preparing detailed quotations, costing sheets, and technical proposals.
•Proven track record of successful sales in a complex technical environment.
•Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
•Ability to coordinate and work with a diverse and cross-functional team.
•Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
•Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
