We are looking to hire a skilled technical service specialist to support & troubleshoot customer technical problems through Helpdesk functions. The job requires performing installations & upgrades of Amadeus hardware and software for customers across the Amadeus Gulf network.
Educated to a minimum of A level,preferably diploma or degree holder. Customer service related work exposure as well as IT related (Microsoft, CISCO) certifications are considered an advantage.
