Job Purpose:
The Telecommunicati Tower Rigger will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and wind Sensor’s tower infrastructure. The role involves working at various heights range from 15 M to 100 M to ensure the proper installation of tower components and ensuring that tower operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment.
• Inspect and maintain tower components to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Climb telecommunicatio towers using safety equipment and adhere to strict safety regulations.
• Install and remove tower components such as guy wires, antennas, and cable.
• Install and replace transmission equipment, such as radios, amplifiers, and remote-control units.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the proper installation of tower components.
• Ensure that all tower operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Passport -2 to 3 Years.
• Certification in tower climbing and rescue or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe tower climbing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of various tower components and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to climb telecommunications towers and work at heights.
