Job Description

• Planning on how to increase the
adhesion between users and products,
maintain the business of old customers,
tap the maximum potential of
customers, regularly communicate with
cooperative customers.
• Responsible for retrieving lost and
inactive customers by telephone and
maintaining them in the long term.
• Actively maintain and expand the
company's customer base.
• Work with customer service personnel
to maximize the product sales.
• Identify trends and customer
nee and implement good
solutions to former customer's
problems.


Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, reading, writing and speaking English Hindi and Urdu.
• Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
• Experience in call center or related marketing company is preferred.
• Customer maintenance ability is preferred.
• Good time management skills and focus on goals.
• Seek performance growth and contribute to the team and respond to team leader's tasks.
• Aged between 21-30
