We are looking for an experienced and self-driven telemarketer to join our Sales team! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. Which will include (*but not limited to).
*Reaching out to existing / potential customers, presenting our product and services.
*Projecting our E-Commerce platform w and products online for sale and purchase.
*Learn details about our product and services offered.
*Address any questions or issues customers may have on online purchases, booking appointments.
*Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
*Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.
*Conversions of prospective customers into clients and receipt of payments.
*Keep an updated customer database and lead tracks
*Measure identified KPIs
*Always strive towards meeting sales quota
*Keep records of calls and sales
*Coordinate the product shipments
Qualification:
*Min 2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
*Proven record of meeting sales quota.
*Able to make numerous calls and follow-up calls.
*Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software and Excel.
*Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
*Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
*Team player, must be capable to work as per company policies and decisions.
*Good time-management skills
*Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
*Good negotiation.

*English and Arabic
*English, Hin, Arabic
*Own Visa Holders are preferr can be provided for deserving candidates.
