Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects within the real estate market.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to discuss about real estate investment.
Provide information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements and Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Effective Communications Skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Great interpersonal skills.
Should have 1-2 years’ experience in real estate and call centre.
