Responsibilities:
1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
3. Gathering and documenting all required customer information.
4. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
5. Answering customers' questions on the products.
6. Meeting sales targets.
Graduation a Professional Degree preferred
1. Should have at least 1 year of experience in sales of banking products (credit card, Personal loan, general insurance)
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Creative thinking skills.
4. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
5. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
6. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
7. Good sales ability.
