1. Reviews timesheets and time cards for completeness
2. Computes total time worked by employees, check accuracy and post to payroll
3. May pay employees. Make sure that payslips are distributed properly and monitors that employees received their payroll accurately
4. Locates workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers. Monitors employee count and updates daily record of attendance.
5. May be required to handle personnel functions such as assisting in distribution of identification card, overtime authorization and preparation of clearances.
6. Assist processing of personnel regulations and other employment doents, transfer, employee leave of absences and testing of applicants.
7. Observes company safety and project rules.
8. Perform other duties as required.
