Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
Experience: 18+ years overall, 8+ years specific expertise.
Skills: Collaboration, data analysis, performance measurement, and stakeholder management.
Market Knowledge: Extensive GCC government project experience.
Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Relocation: Committed and willing to relocate
Duration: 30 months
