The Experience Advisor must be aware of all aspects of the excursions programs relation to the tours sold on board.
The overall responsibility is the day to day operation of the Sales Program such as:
1. Sell tours to the guest to generate revenue of the company
2. Provide information to the guest on tours available to promote tour sales
3. Assist guest with questions related to excursions and offer assistance for any special request.
4. Ensure the monthly sales target has been achieved
5. Prepare and send report on daily basis
6. Entering the bookings made on the same time
7. Following up with the Finance Department regarding cash payment
8. Good general knowledge of the products and services
Experience in customer services roles in the Destination Management / travel and tourism industry.

Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs
Candidate must have tri-lingual (Engli language) + any other Language.
