Major duties and responsibility:
-Prepares all Abu Dha visa and labor card work via online (THAS-HEEL);
-Types both for Abu Dhabi and Dubai Immigration forms for new and renewal applications (MOl and E-Channel);
-Encodes application in Arabic;
-Prints and photocopy necessary documents;
-Documents filing and tracking;
-General admin duties and assistance to the department;
-Reports the relative application status and process;
-Responsible for transaction entries to GP system for all typing costs;
-Prepares all settlements for submission to Finance for E-Dirhams and CD accounts;
-Provide service, support, and assistance to new and existing employees on their legal requirements
-Other ad-hoc projects as required by management
-Other related duties as required by our Partners & Partners families
-Perform other related duties as may be required by direct supervisor
-Maintain confidentiality and security of the company and employees' documents at all times
-Replace PRO when on leave by performing all his daily duties, CNIA badges and documentation, visa renewal,
Labor cards, Emirates ID, Medical tests, Permits, and traffic department's related matters.
Arabic and English speaking skill are required with min 5 year experience at typing center in Abu Dhabi
