· Prepare necessary items in the side station.
· Prepare tables for meals.
· Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
· Take orders from guests for food and beverages and forward orders to kitchen staff.
· Serve food and beverages to the table of the guests as per standard operation procedure within required time.
· Ensure that guests are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problem.
· Prepare itemized checks and collect payments from customers.
· Clean off tables after guests finished their meals.
. Perform cleaning duties in order to keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times.
Bartender
· Respond to any customer requests and provide excellent customer service.
· Prepare various hot and cold beverages as per customer orders.

· Review orders of new products and ensure sufficient stock is available at all times.
· Receive deliveries of new products and organize it as required in the storage.
· Review product labels, expiration dates and condition of items on regular basis and take required action.
· Clean equipment regularly.
