Waitress
Salary: Basic SAR 1,500 to 2,500 plus housing & transportation covered by company, Free Meals
Description:
• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed.
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
• Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
• Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel.
• Customer Service experience in supervisory or above capacity.
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable.
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accountable and resilient.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Requirements:
Gender : female
•High School diploma
• Previous experience in Food & Bevera operations
• Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel.
• Well Presentable.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Nationality: Philippine, China, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia
