• Shift leadership on Health & Safety, housekeeping and motivation
• Responsible for planning, executing and leading operations in inbound receipts – pallet provision – put away location accuracy and stores map use.
• In consultation with the Supply Chain Manager decide whether to store inbound material in which zones / positions and cover warehouse transfers from bin to bin if required.
• Capture management KPI’s on all the above.
• Ensure showroom replenishment cycle maintains full pick faces
• Responsible for 100% bin accuracy and report deviation via KPI’s
• Maximizes opportunity for dual cycling, reporting on empty running (KPI)
• Provision of management information Example operations KPI’s to meet all reporting requirements
• Uses SAP reports (not MS Excel) for deviation reporting on inbound details to Business Units
• Participation in internal /external reviews as required
• Team development and SAP training for users.
• Input to the periodic financial review process (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Lead by example on Health & Safety behaviour – enforcing good practice amongst team leaders and operations staff.
• Management of operational costs against agreed forecasts & budgets
