Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate the implementation of national and international curricula across departments.
Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and heads of departments.
Monitor academic performance and lead improvement plans based on data analysis and school assessments.
Organize professional development programs and training workshops for academic staff.
Collaborate with school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Ensure curriculum alignment with the Ministry of Education requirements and international best practices.
Lead the development and review of academic policies and procedures.
Participate in student admissions, placement, and academic planning.
Stay updated with educational trends and innovations to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, preferably in K–12 schools.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
Experience with international curricula (British, American, or IB) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
