The ideal candidate will be responsible for working along with the team to ensure all the books of accounts are updated on periodical basis. Should be comfortable in handling important amounts of data, assisting Manager by preparing the reports as per the instructions.
Responsibilities
· Preparing monthly and annual accounts
· Corporate doent maintenance
· Liaising with auditors
· VAT Filing
· Receiving, Preparing and storing invoices
· Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
· Doents financial transactions by entering account information
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
· Secures financial information by completing database backups
· Maintains financial security by following internal controls
· Prepares payments by verifying doentation, and requesting disbursements
· Prepares Bank Reconciliation Statement.
