We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and will assist in the completion of various tasks related to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management
* Prepare and organize doents, reports, and presentations
* Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
* Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes
* Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Knowledge of office management procedures
