Assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas.
Handle ticketing, boarding passes, seat allocations, and travel doents.
Provide accurate information and support to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other queries.
Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and other airport departments.
Handle luggage and cargo efficiently and safely.
Manage special assistance for elderly passengers, people with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Support emergency response or irregular operations as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma or degree in Aviation, Travel, or Hospitality is a plus).
1–3 years of relevant experience in ground operations, customer service, or hospitality (Freshers may be considered for junior roles).
Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airpo systems (DCS, Amadeus, etc.) is preferred.
