Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, preparing doents, and managing correspondence.Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace and managing office supplies.Data Entry: Maintain and update property listings, client databases, and other records in the company’s CRM and management systems.Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and relaying information as needed.Doent Management: Organise and maintain files, contracts, and other important doents, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.Event Coordination: Assist in organising company events, property showings, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on office activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data as requested by management.Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, marketing, and other departments to support company initiatives and enhance workflow.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.2 years of proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
