• All admin and HR related tasks and procedures
• Reports on all follow up and updates from operations team
• Working closely with top management and processing instructions
• Perform accounting and clerical functions including Compiling, sorting invoices and updating record of payables and keeping records of Accounts Receivables in tally and POS software in liaison with accounts
• Prepare payment for all office bills including GOSI, EWA, and TELEPHONE Bills every month an maintaining records for each transaction.
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
• General office management such as ordering stationary
• Administration of company databases, maintaining and updating all e-files and physical files.
• Doing payroll, salary slips and preparing incentives liaison accounts
• Working with accounting department to help make, audit payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts and reports when necessary
• Prepare required documents for Visa Processing. Organized / maintain personal files for each employee.
• Assist management for implementation of HR Policies in liaison with operations
• Preparing employee contracts and offer letters for newly hired employees and also prepares renewal contract to employees who wants to renew
• Assisting in inventory channel, and updating tally accordingly
• HR issues dealing with Agent to update renew and apply CPR’s for all staff
• Monitor the remaining Vacation leave and Sick leave of staffs and maintain accuracy
• Assisting in reconciliation of actual usage of testers
• Cross checking and keep records of daily kio and staff sales
• Double check and follow up the task of office team.
• Assist /suppo and follow up with sales staff on ensuring sales staff fulfillment of all company’s policies, procedures and instructions.
• Daily, weekly, monthly sales report monitoring starting to ensuring staff target achievement in collaboration with operation manager
