Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a professional working environment.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and doentation (physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and office doentation as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock is adequately maintained.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including:
- Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring accounts.
- Preparing simple financial reports and summaries.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and managing HR-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role with exposure to accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
