We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage our reception area and provide administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a talent for multitasking, and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist or secretary.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
