We are looking for a vigilant and professional Security Guard with a valid SIRA license to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and premises. The ideal candidate should be well-trained in security operations and able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
* Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
* Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
* Report suspicious activities and persons to the appropriate authorities.
* Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.
* Monitor surveillance equipment and access points.
* Provide assistance and direction to visitors and employees when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all company and SIRA safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid SIRA license is mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
Good knowledge of public safety and security procedur.
Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
