Duties and Responsibilities:
-Bringing in new clients and the ability to generate leads with a strong network.
-Provide sales and rental information to clients via phone, email, and in person.
-Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into closer.
-Prepare all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
-Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
-Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update the lead follow-up template regularly, and track all client communications.
-Arrange viewings with clien for the related properties.
Requirements and skills
-Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Real Estate
-Fluency in English & Arabic (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
