-Proficient in, concept, design, 3D visualization Autocad, revit, 3Dmax, Sketchup, vray, lumion, photoshop and other computer aided design software
-Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
-Creating plans and specifications Must be able to determine material specification and should be able to prepare BOQ for the projects
-Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
-Preparing Cost variation report before & After Executing Project.
-Managing project budgets and timeline
-Ensuring the design to be amended as per authorities’ standards
-Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
-Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
-Coordinate The project with internal team & Sub-Contractor with regards to Time Designing and overseeing the construction of interior spaces in commercial and residential buildings
-Coordinating with contractors and suppliers,
-Working with architects and other design professionals
