Urgent Hiring: Interior design Company based in Dubai is seeking an Interior Architect / Site Supervisor
Job Role:
1. At least minimum 5 years work experience in a similar in an Interior Design Company
2. Software Proficiency in latest version of 3D max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, V-ray is a plus.
3. Good Communication Skills in English and Arabic is a plus.
4. Holding a Valid UAE Driving License
5. Plan and design spaces and structures, commercial, residential and other structural property.
6. Formulate design and details which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes
7. Ensure design production to ensure client’s requirements are reflected.
8. Produces construction documents and specifications.
9. Reviews shop drawings and submittals for approval.
10. Ability to communicate construction methods to contractors via working drawings.
11. Preparing BOQ for all interior drawings.
12. Oversee and Handle Site Work to ensure accuracy of all works are according to designs, plans and drawings.
13. Provides quality control for all interior design projects.
14. Prepare technical reports or related documentation.
15. Carry out other duties, as may be required from time to time by management.
