Job Description

The Asset Coordinator, possessing a BE in Mechanical Engineering with on-site experience, will oversee the management and optimization of assets within our Oil & Gas services. Proficiency in MS Office, combined with strong communication skills and relevant field experience, will be instrumental in ensuring efficient asset utilization and maintenance.


Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Tracking: Monitor and manage the distribution, deployment, and tracking of assets across various sites.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections to ensure asset longevity and optimal functionality.
Inventory Management: Maintain a current inventory of all assets, ensuring quick retrievals and minimal downtime.
Doentation: Utilize MS Office tools to generate and update detailed records of asset specifications, maintenance schedules, and operational guidelines.
Site Coordination: Collaborate with on-site teams to understand asset needs and challenges and ensure timely support.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on asset utilization, maintenance schedules, and any challenges faced.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage previous field experience to recommend improvements in asset management processes and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Solid on-site experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with various teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in a similar role or field would be a significant advantage.
