Description
* Expertly brew and prepare a variety of coffee.
* Ensure the consistency and quality of each coffee product.
* Handle and grind coffee beans, as well as measure and mix ingredients to create various coffee blends.
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic working environment.
* Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as La Marzocco, espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
* Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
* Familiarity with various coffee brewing methods and techniques.
* Familiarity with La Marzocco Machine
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
