Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a residential tower. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting residents and visitors, and ensuring smooth communication between management and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Address tenant concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Coordinate with facility management, housekeeping, and security teams.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and important notices.
Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times.
Maintain records, update databases, and generate reports as required.
