BA Customer Fulfilment – Banking Domain
• Strong Agile experience with a proven track record in banking domains (Clearing, Lending,
Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, Wealth Management).
• Techno-functional background with prior experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with mid to senior-level
stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive in managing and delivering requirements.
Opening 2:
BA Ops PM role:
• Domain Knowledge: K life cycle management from a Compliance perspective
• Requirement Gathering and Doentation:
o Prepare Business Requirement Doents (BRD) and User Stories in consultation
with relevant stakeholders.
o Ensure all business objectives are clearly articulated and obtain necessary sign-offs.
o Engage in business walkthroughs for test cases and scenarios.
• Project Management Support:
o Identify and adhere to Change Request (CR) processes.
o Ensure traceability matrix of requirements with solutions.
o Support Project Managers in estimation, sizing, and timely execution of activities.
o Involve in Department-level Projec Change Requests (SCRs) on demand.
