We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting our produc, and closing sales. You must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Present produc and explain their benefits to customers.
Answer queries and handle objections in a professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet targets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and sales-focused attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in [English / Urdu / any other local language]
