Turnkey Holiday Homes is actively recruiting for a Business Development Executive. The Ideal candidate will have experience of Business Development in Holiday Homes or Real Estate. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties.
Approaching landlords by using database, Dubizzle ads and personal references etc.
Dealing with referrals from internal agents.
Reaching out new Homeowners and convince them to take their property onboard on short term.
Meeting with potential homeowners to get agreements signed.
Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords.
Build relationships with prospective clients.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.

Role Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience relevant experience in Holiday Homes or Real Estate background.
Experience in Dubai mandatory.
Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate and Holiday Homes market is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and consultive sales skills.
Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in multiple languages like English, Arabic, & Russians etc.
Driving license mandatory.
