•Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
•Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
•Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
•Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•A network of industry contacts is a plus.
